SBC TEXAS. As used herein, SBC TEXAS means Southwestern Bell Telephone, L.P. d/b/a SBC Texas, the applicable SBC-owned ILEC doing business in Texas.

Examples of SBC TEXAS in a sentence

  • SBC TEXAS will make temporary correction and notify CLEC via the notification process contained in the OSQ.

  • In accordance with this Agreement, SBC TEXAS will bill those charges CLEC incurs as a result of CLEC purchasing Resale services from SBC TEXAS (hereinafter "Connectivity Charges").

  • As of the effective date of this Agreement, if CLEC has already fulfilled its requirement to subscribe to SBC TEXAS’ OS services for a twelve month period, or anytime after CLEC has met the twelve (12) month period, CLEC may terminate use of SBC TEXAS DA services upon one hundred-twenty (120) days advance written notice to SBC TEXAS.

  • In no event shall SBC TEXAS be liable for any actual or Consequential Damages that LEVEL 3 may suffer arising out of same.

  • Once the CLEC’s rates are loaded, if SBC TEXAS changes its rates, SBC TEXAS will not be responsible for updating CLEC’s rates unless CLEC sends an update to its Reference/Rater information via the OSQ, pursuant to Section 5.5 below.

  • SBC TEXAS will contact the CLEC and the Parties will jointly negotiate an expedited DD.

  • AT&T TEXAS means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Texas.

  • SLDC means the State Load Dispatch Center as notified by the State Government.

  • AT&T LOUISIANA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Louisiana.
