CORA means the Colorado Open Records Act, §§24-72-200.1 et. seq., C.R.S.
AMR means Automated Meter Reading.
The University means the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.
Universal bilateral modification means a bilateral modification, as defined in FAR subpart 43.1, that updates or incorporates new FAR or AIDAR clauses, other terms and conditions, or special requirements, affecting all USAID awards or a class of awards, as specified in the Agency notification of such modification.
SBD means Standard Bidding Documents.
ESMP means an environmental and social management plan (including any pest management plan), acceptable to the Association and consistent with the ESMF, adopted for the purposes of a Micro-project, and giving details of the magnitude of the environmental impacts, as well as the specific actions, measures and policies designed to facilitate the achievement of the objective of the ESMF under the Micro-project, including the budget and cost estimates, and sources of funding, along with the institutional and procedural measures needed to implement such actions, measures and policies, as such ESMP may be amended form time to time with the prior written agreement of the Association.
IOSCO means the International Organisation of Securities Commissions.
Information Technologies means all information processing and communications-related hardware, Software, supplies, and consumable items that the Supplier is required to supply and install under the Contract.
Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:
Management Group means at any time, the Chairman of the board of directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, any Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President or Vice President, any Treasurer and any Secretary of Holdings or other executive officer of Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings at such time.
Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.
Enterprises means DTE Enterprises, Inc., a Michigan corporation wholly-owned by the Borrower.
