SAHRC definition

SAHRC means the South African Human Rights Commission. Capitalised terms used in this Manual have the meanings ascribed thereto in section 1 of POPIA and PAIA as the context specifically requires, unless otherwise defined herein.

More Definitions of SAHRC

SAHRC means the South African Human Rights Commission. Unless a contrary intention clearly appears, words signifying:
SAHRC means the South African Human Rights Commission established in terms of section 181(1)(b) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa.
SAHRC means the South African Human Rights Commission; “special personal information” has the same meaning as set out in section 1 of POPIA; “the head of Brietta” means the Chief Executive Officer of Brietta;
