SCCASS Optimiser Payment Instruction Value Forward Day definition

SCCASS Optimiser Payment Instruction Value Forward Day means a payment instruction input by a Member to the Clearing House Computer for the effecting of a SCCASS Optimiser Payment Instruction for value through CHATS as of the Supported Forward Day referred to in the payment instruction.

  • Maximum Settlement Amount means the maximum amount The Company is required to pay pursuant to this Settlement, which is the sum of Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000.00), inclusive of any of The Company’s employer-side share of FICA, FUTA, and other similar, mandatory employer-side payroll taxes. In no event shall the Maximum Settlement Amount exceed the foregoing sum.

  • Settlement Amount has the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a)(iv).

  • SPS Redemption Valuation Date means the Settlement Price Date.

  • Day-ahead Settlement Interval means the interval used by settlements, which shall be every one clock hour.

  • Day-ahead Congestion Price means the Congestion Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;
