Schedule of Assumed Contracts definition

Schedule of Assumed Contracts means the schedule of executory contracts and unexpired leases to be assumed or assumed and assigned by the Debtors pursuant to the Plan, if any, as the same may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time.
Schedule of Assumed Contracts means the schedule of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be assumed by the Debtors pursuant to the Plan and to be included in the Plan Supplement, as the same may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time, which shall be in form and substance acceptable to the Debtors and the Requisite Consenting Creditors (subject to the parties’ rights and obligations under the RSA).
