Insured Property means the vessel, including the power units, accessories and equipment. “Parasailing” means using your vessel to tow a person in a device designed for flight. “Waterskiing” means using your vessel to tow a person on water skis or flotation devices.
Insured Premises means the place named in the Schedule.
Type of insurance means coverage afforded under the particular policy that is being placed.
Hazard Insurance Policy means, with respect to each Contract, the policy of fire and extended coverage insurance (and federal flood insurance, if the Manufactured Home is secured by an FHA/VA Contract and such Manufactured Home is located in a federally designated special flood area) required to be maintained for the related Manufactured Home, as provided in Section 5.09, and which, as provided in said Section 5.09, may be a blanket mortgage impairment policy maintained by the Servicer in accordance with the terms and conditions of said Section 5.09.
Certificate of Insurance means a document showing that an insurance policy has been written and includes a statement of the coverage of the policy.
Covered Property is the address stated on your Agreement Coverage Summary Page. • “Domestic-grade” Items are those that were designated by the manufacturer, manufactured and marketed solely for installation and use in a residential single family dwelling.
Landlord Personal Property Collateral Access Agreement means a Landlord Waiver and Consent Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit K with such amendments or modifications as may be approved by the Collateral Agent.
Required Insurance Policy With respect to any Mortgage Loan, any insurance policy that is required to be maintained from time to time under this Agreement.
Environmental Insurance Policy means, with respect to any Mortgage Loan or the related Mortgaged Property or REO Property, any insurance policy covering pollution conditions and/or other environmental conditions that is maintained from time to time in respect of such Mortgage Loan, Mortgaged Property or REO Property, as the case may be, for the benefit of, among others, the Trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders.
Secured Property means the assets that are the subject of the security constituted by the Security Documents.
Loss Payee Has the meaning specified in Section 13.02(b)(i) of the Lease.
Additional Insured is defined in Section D of Annex D to the Lease.
Standard Hazard Insurance Policy means a fire and casualty extended coverage insurance policy in such amount and with such coverage as required by this Agreement.
Evidence of Insurability means a statement of proof of your medical history upon which acceptance for insurance will be determined by Liberty.
Blanket insurance policy means a group policy covering a defined class of
D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.
Insureds Premises Not An "Insured Location" "Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of a premises:
Property Insurance is defined in Section 6.10(a).
Hazard Insurance A fire and casualty extended coverage insurance policy insuring against loss or damage from fire and other perils covered within the scope of standard extended hazard coverage naming the Servicer, its successors and assigns, as a mortgagee under a standard mortgagee clause, together with all riders and endorsements thereto.
Primary Mortgage Insurance Policy Any primary mortgage guaranty insurance policy issued in connection with a Mortgage Loan which provides compensation to a Mortgage Note holder in the event of default by the obligor under such Mortgage Note or the related Security Instrument, if any or any replacement policy therefor through the related Interest Accrual Period for such Class relating to a Distribution Date.
Insurance Report means an insurance report in respect of the Insurances confirming that such Insurances are placed with such insurers, insurance companies and/or clubs in such amounts, against such risks and in such form as acceptable to the Agent (acting on the instructions from the Finance Parties) and comply with the requirements under Clause 26.3 (Insurance) and the GIEK Guarantee prepared by Bank Assure Insurance Services Inc., or such other reputable insurance advisor approved by the Agent, and dated on or about 11 June 2010 and addressed to, and capable of being relied upon by, the Finance Parties.
Policy Schedule means a schedule attached to these Terms and Benefits, which sets out, among others, the Policy Effective Date, Renewal Date, the name and the relevant particulars of the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, the eligible benefits, premium and other relevant details in respect of these Terms and Benefits.
Title Insurance Policies means, with respect to each Individual Property, an ALTA mortgagee title insurance policy in a form acceptable to Lender (or, if an Individual Property is in a State which does not permit the issuance of such ALTA policy, such form as shall be permitted in such State and acceptable to Lender) issued with respect to such Individual Property and insuring the lien of the Mortgage encumbering such Individual Property.
Security Schedule means Schedule 2 hereto.
Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.
Insurance Requirements means all terms of any insurance policy required by this Agreement and all requirements of the issuer of any such policy and all orders, rules and regulations and any other requirements of the National Board of Fire Underwriters (or any other body exercising similar functions) binding upon Landlord, Tenant or the Leased Property.
