Schedule of Loans definition

Schedule of Loans means the Schedule of Initial and Additional Loans attached hereto as Schedule A as supplemented by each Schedule of Subsequent Loans attached to each Subsequent Transfer Agreement as Schedule A.

Schedule of Loans is the schedule of Loans attached as Schedule I (which schedule may be in the form of microfiche).

Schedule of Loans means the schedules of Loans attached as Schedule I and Schedule II to the Sale Agreement and the schedule attached as Schedule I to the Purchase and Sale Agreement (which schedules may be in the form of microfiche).

More Definitions of Schedule of Loans

Schedule of Loans has the meaning specified in the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

Schedule of Loans means the list of Loans that are being sold by the Loan Seller on the Closing Date attached hereto as Schedule I.
