Rejected Executory Contract and Unexpired Lease List definition

Rejected Executory Contract and Unexpired Lease List means the list, as determined by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases that will be rejected by the Reorganized Debtors pursuant to the Plan, which list shall be included in the Plan Supplement.

Rejected Executory Contract and Unexpired Lease List means the list as determined by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, of certain Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be rejected by the Reorganized Debtors pursuant to the Plan, which list, as may be amended from time to time, shall be included in the Plan Supplement.

Rejected Executory Contract and Unexpired Lease List means the list (as may be amended), as determined by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors and in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Requisite Consenting Lenders and the Term Loan Agent, of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases (including any amendments or modifications thereto) that will be rejected by the Reorganized Debtors pursuant to the provisions of Article V.A and which shall be included in the Plan Supplement.
