Schedule of Standard Prices means the published tariffs and charges applicable to customers, as approved by NERSA, and amended from time to time.

  • Basic Prices means the prices for the specified materials prevailing on the date 28 days prior to the latest date for submission of Tenders.

  • Standard Plan means the insurance plan with terms and conditions and the benefit schedule equivalent to the minimum compliant product requirements of VHIS, which are from time to time published and subject to regular review by the Government.

  • Table 1 means Table 1 of the Reporting ITS.

  • Exhibit D means Exhibit D to the Judgment;

  • Schedule of rates of Railway means the schedule of rates issued under the authority of the Chief Engineer from time to time and shall also include Rates specified in tender document.
