Schedule of Terms definition

Schedule of Terms means the schedule executed pursuant to this Agreement from time to time between the Borrower and the Lender governing the specific terms and conditions of each Facility.

Related to Schedule of Terms

  • Schedule of Rates means the priced Schedule of Rates forming part of the tender [where applicable].
