Schedule of Terms means the schedule executed pursuant to this Agreement from time to time between the Borrower(s) / Xxxxxxx and the Lender governing the specific terms and conditions of each Facility;

Examples of Schedule of Terms in a sentence

  • All references to termination of employment in this Schedule of Terms will be deemed to refer to “Termination of Service” as defined in the LTIP.

  • For the purposes hereof, the notice address of each of Assignor and Assignee shall be as set forth on the Schedule of Terms or, as to either such party, such other address as shall be designated by such party in a written notice delivered to the other such party.

  • Nothing in this paragraph shall prohibit Executive from making passive investments that are not otherwise prohibited in this Agreement, or as otherwise provided for in the Schedule of Terms of Employment recited below.

Related to Schedule of Terms

  • Schedule of Rates means the priced Schedule of Rates forming part of the tender [where applicable].
