Scheduled Class Balance definition

Scheduled Class Balance. With respect to any Class of Scheduled Certificates and any Distribution Date, the balance shown in the scheduled principal balance table for such Class of Scheduled Certificates set forth in Schedule III hereto with respect to such Distribution Date.
Scheduled Class Balance. With respect to the PACs and any Distribution Date, the aggregate Class Principal Balance for the PACs set forth in Schedule IV hereto with respect to such Distribution Date. With respect to the TACs and any Distribution Date, the aggregate Class Principal Balance for the TACs set forth in Schedule V hereto with respect to such Distribution Date.
Scheduled Class Balance. With respect to any PAC and any Distribution Date, the Class Principal Balance or Component Balance, as applicable, for such PAC set forth in Schedule III hereto with respect to such Distribution Date. With respect to any TAC, the Class Principal Balance or Component Balance, as applicable, of such TAC set forth in Schedule IV hereto with respect to such Distribution Date.

Examples of Scheduled Class Balance in a sentence

  • On each Distribution Date occurring prior to the Class 2-A-4 Accretion Termination Date, the Class 2-A-4 Accrual Amount will be distributed first, to the Class 2-A-3 Certificates, until the Class Principal Balance of such Class has been reduced to its Scheduled Class Balance for such Distribution Date, and then to the Class 2-A-4 Certificates until the Class Principal Balance of such Class has been reduced to zero.
