Scheduled Media definition

Scheduled Media means the publications, broadcasts, communications or other Matter specified in Item 7. of the Declarations or by endorsement and related Advertising.

  • Matter for Scheduled Media; by or with the permission of the Insured, but only if such publication, broadcast or other dissemination first happen, or if such acts are first committed, during the Policy Period that gives rise to a Claim for any of.
