Scheme Options definition

Scheme Options means the Employee Options on issue as at the Effective Date.
Scheme Options means the Jupiters Options on issue at the Record Date for the Option Scheme (whether or not they are exercisable at that time in accordance with the terms of the Jupiters Option Plan).

  • Unvested Company Option means any Company Option that is not a Vested Company Option.
