Health data definition

Health data means data related to the state of physical or mental health of the data principal and includes records regarding the past, present or future state of the health of such data principal, data collected in the course of registration for, or provision of health services, data associating the data principal to the provision of specific health services.
Health data means information, recorded in any form or medium, that relates to the health status of individuals, the determinants of health and health hazards, the availability of health resources and services, or the use and cost of such resources and services.
Health data means information relating to the health status of individuals, health services delivered, the availability of health manpower and facilities, and the use and costs of resources and services to the consumer, except vital records as defined in Section 26-2-2 shall be excluded.
