School Division definition

School Division means, except where otherwise expressly provided herein, a "division" as defined by The Education Act, 1995, S.S. 1995, c. E-0.2, which is located outside of the Northern Administration District;

School Division means a section of the School which may be Early Childhood, Lower School, Middle School or High School or other division as specified by us from time to time.

School Division means a school division designated pursuant to section 40, and includes a public school division and a separate school division; (« division scolaire »)

Examples of School Division in a sentence

• Following the term contract maximum of five (5) years, inclusive of the maximum two (2) years probationary period, the School Division must decide whether or not the designation will continue, and if it continues, it is deemed to be a continuing designation.

• The teacher shall give the School Division no less than four (4) weeks notice, in writing, of the intended date of return.

• The written request shall be provided with as much notice as possible and, where possible, not less than five (5) working days in advance of the leave, stating the teacher’s name, and the date(s) and time(s) the teacher will be absent from their professional duties with the School Division.

• The teacher is responsible for providing proof of experience satisfactory to the School Division in accordance with this article.

• Nothing in this clause prevents the School Division from providing the information on a more frequent basis.
