The Charter may be renewed by agreement of the parties following the procedures set forth in the Charter Schools Act and accompanying State Board Rule.
Notwithstanding this maximum flexibility, the Charter School shall comply with the terms of this Charter, the Charter Schools Act, including the provisions set forth in Section 16 below, and any rules, regulations, policies, or procedures established by the State Board consistent with the Charter Schools Act.

SCHOOL has been established and operates pursuant to the Charter Schools Act of 1992, California Education Code section 47600, et seq.

Pursuant to California Education Code section 47610, the SCHOOL must comply with all of the provisions set forth in its charter but is otherwise generally exempt from the laws governing school districts except as specified in the California Charter Schools Act, the SCHOOL’s Charter or other relevant law.
In accordance with the Charter Schools Act, the Commission shall renew any Charter in which the School met all of the terms of its Certificate at the time of renewal.
The Commission will conduct oversight activities that enable it to fulfill its responsibilities, including conducting appropriate inquiries and investigations, in a manner that does not unduly inhibit the autonomy of the School and is consistent with the intent of the Charter Schools Act.
