School Governing Body definition

School Governing Body means a statutory body vested with the governance of a public school and it may perform only such functions and obligations and exercise such rights as prescribed by the South African Schools Act;
School Governing Body means the governing body of St Mary's School, Hampstead appointed by the Trustees in accordance with the governing instrument of the School.
School Governing Body means, as applicable, the Trustees or the Governors of the School who are appointed from time to time under the terms of its governing instrument and who are responsible for the governance of the School.
