An Educational Assistant I, School Librarian I, or School Secretary I who has been employed for a minimum of 10 years of consecutive service within the classification shall be reclassified to Educational Assistant II, School Librarian II, or School Secretary II and will be placed at “After 4 years” on the schedule on the first of the month, following the month in which the 10 years of service was completed.
