Indian Act means the Indian Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. I-5;
Food Security Act means the Food Security Act of 1985, 7 U.S.C. §1631, as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
GLB Act means the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act of 1999 (Public Law 106-102, 113 Stat. 1138)
Education Act means the Education Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. E.2, as amended.
FW Act means the Fair Work Act 2009, as amended from time to time.
TIF Act means Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 through 469.1794, both inclusive.
Fair Credit Reporting Act The Fair Credit Reporting Act of 1970, as amended.
FILOT Act means Title 12, Chapter 44, of the Code, and all future acts successor or supplemental thereto or amendatory thereof.
FOI Act means the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act or any code issued pursuant to sections 45 or 46 of that Act or any guidance issued by the Information Commissioner;
Privacy Act means the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Proceeds of Crime Act means the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (Canada), as amended from time to time, and including all regulations thereunder.
2012 Act means the Health and Social Care Act 2012;
Bank Act means the Bank Act (Canada);
Consumer Protection Act means the Consumer Protection Act, No. 68 of 2008 (as amended from time to time).
Truth in Lending Act means the Truth in Lending Act of 1968, as amended.
Equal Credit Opportunity Act means the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, as amended.
Banking Act means the UK Banking Act 2009, as amended.
Data Protection Act means Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.
Society Act means the Society Act of the Province of British Columbia from time to time in force and all amendments to it;
ECT Act means the Electronic Communications and Transaction Act No 25 of 2002, as amended;
Housing Act means the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended, or its successor.
Cable Act means the Title VI of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended.
Fair Housing Act means the Fair Housing Act, as amended.
Electricity Act means the Electricity Act, 1998, S.O. 1998, c. 15, Schedule A;
National Credit Act means the National Credit Act, 2005 (Act No. 34 of 2005);
Dodd-Frank Act means the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
