School session definition

School session means the official school calendar defining student-teacher contact days as required by W.S. 21-4-301.
School session. , in relation to any school, means a school session beginning and ending at such times as may from time to time be determined for that school in accordance with section 21 of this Act; and
School session. , in relation to any school, means a school session beginning and ending at such times as may from time to time be determined for that school in accordance with sections 147 and 148; and

Examples of School session in a sentence

  • No compensation will be paid or refund given if a School session or services are cancelled due to any reason beyond the control of the School, such as technical problems or weather conditions or as a result of your child being required to study from home as a result of us providing educational services remotely for whatever reason.

  • No more than five such days may be used in any one Summer School session.

  • The pay rate for employees hired out of classification for the Summer School session will be the first step of the classification for which they are hired.

  • If a Saturday School session is canceled on Saturday due to student nonattendance, the employee will be reimbursed at 1/3 of the Saturday School rate (.0032).

  • School bus means every motor vehicle owned by a public or governmental agency or private school and operated for the transportation of pupils, children of pupils, teachers and other persons acting in a supervisory capacity, to or from school or school activities, or, privately owned and operated for compensation for the transportation of pupils, children of pupils, teachers and other persons acting in a supervisory capacity to or from school or school activities.
