School staff member definition

School staff member means any school employee.

School staff member means a person employed full-time or part-time at a school whether or not employed by School District # 40, including without limitation teachers, special education assistants, administrative and custodial staff and staff providing special instruction and other programs to students. (BYLAW 7272, 2008)

School staff member means any person who provides services to a school or a school board, including an employee of a school or a school board and a person who provides services to a school or a school board under a contract. “School staff member” includes a bus driver.
