Scottish Settlements means Scottish Electricity Settlements Limited (registered number SC 169212) a company registered in Scotland having its registered office at Delta House, 00 Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, X0 0XX or such other person as is appointed as a successor to Scottish Electricity Settlements Limited in terms of Clause 13 (Appointment of successor to Scottish Settlements);

Scottish Settlements. The Scottish PESs shall be entitled to act for the purpose of the Scottish Settlements Arrangements and this Schedule through Scottish Settlements. If required by the Executive Committee, the Scottish PESs shall procure that Scottish Settlements becomes a party to the Agreement, appoints an agent for service of process in England and undertakes directly in form and content reasonably satisfactory to the Executive Committee the obligations on its part contained in this Schedule and the Scots Subsidiary Documents.

  • Each Host PES in Scotland shall ensure that its Validation Procedures comply with the Scottish Settlements validation requirements set out in Schedule 11.

  • The FAP's decision will, within 14 days of the relevant FAP meeting, then be passed to the Director by Scottish Settlements.

  • Scottish Settlements will take account of any resolution of the FAP but will not be bound by such resolution.

  • Each Party acknowledges and agrees that no Party or Non Trading Generator shall be in breach of any obligation of confidentiality owed by it pursuant to this Agreement in reporting under Clauses 127 (Default by Parties other than Scottish Settlements) and 86 (Notification of Failure to Perform and Reports from Panels) any breach of this Agreement or its belief that any such breach has occurred.

  • For the purposes of this Clause 85.7, 'employer' shall be taken to include any affiliate, related undertaking or Agent of such employer, provided that, for the purpose of this Clause only, Scottish Settlements shall not be considered an affiliate, related undertaking or Agent of either of the Scottish Companies.

  • PJM Settlement or “PJM Settlement, Inc.” shall mean PJM Settlement, Inc. (or its successor), established by PJM as set forth in Operating Agreement, section 3.3. PJM Tariff, Xxxxxx, O.A.T.T., OATT or PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff: “PJM Tariff,” “Tariff,” “O.A.T.T.,” “OATT,” or “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff” shall mean that certain PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter.   • Final Settlement means permanent settlement of the Contractor’s actual allowable costs or expenditures as determined at the time of audit, which shall be completed within three years of the date the year-end cost settlement report was accepted for interim settlement by the State. If the audit is not completed within three years, the interim settlement shall be considered as the final settlement.
