SEBI Circulars means Circular No. CFD/DIL3/CIR/2017/21 dated March 10, 2017 read with Circular No. CFD/DIL3/CIR/2017/105 dated September 21, 2017 and CFD/DIL3/CIR/2018/2 dated January 3, 2018 each issued by SEBI, as amended, substituted or replaced from time to time;

SEBI Circulars means Circular No. CFD/DIL3/CIR/2017/21 dated March 10, 2017 and Circular No. CFD/DIL3/ CIR/2017/105 dated September 21, 2017 each issued by SEBI, as amended or replaced from time to time;

SEBI Circulars shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital E of this Agreement;
