Scheme Documents definition

Scheme Documents means, collectively, (i) the Scheme Circular, (ii) the Press Release, (iii) the Scheme Resolutions and (iv) any other document issued by or on behalf of the Target to its shareholders in respect of the Scheme.

Scheme Documents means the Scheme Press Release, the Scheme Circular and any other material document sent to the holders of Target Shares in relation to the terms and conditions of the Scheme.

Scheme Documents means the Press Release and the Scheme Circular.

More Definitions of Scheme Documents

Scheme Documents means any Rule 2.7 Announcement relating to the Scheme, the Scheme Circular together with the notices of the Court Meeting and General Meeting which accompany that Scheme Circular, the Scheme Resolutions, any other document dispatched by or on behalf of Catalonia to its shareholders in connection with the Scheme.

Scheme Documents means this deed, the Scheme Rules, and the Constitution of Trustee Company and for each Member, its Deed of Participation and the Guidelines.
