Second Coupon Period definition

Second Coupon Period means the period commencing on the first day following the First Coupon Period and ending on December 31, 2020.
Second Coupon Period means the period commencing on the first day following the First Coupon Period and ending on December 31, 2020. “Secondary Period A-2 Conversion” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.07(a)(ii).
Second Coupon Period means the period commencing on the first day following the First Coupon Period and ending on the last day of the eighth Fiscal Quarter thereafter.

Related to Second Coupon Period

  • Coupon Period means the period commencing on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Coupon Payment Date and each successive period commencing on (and including) a Coupon Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Coupon Payment Date;

  • Accumulation Period has the meaning set forth in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Early Amortization Period means the period commencing on the date on which a Trust Early Amortization Event or a Series 2023-A Early Amortization Event is deemed to occur and ending on the Series Termination Date.

  • Accumulation Period Amount means $41,666,666.67; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.10(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Accumulation Period Amount shall be the amount specified in the definition of “Accumulation Period Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Auction Period means the dates during which the Test the Waters Auction is held and ending on the last day of the Test the Waters Auction.

  • Remarketing Period means the three Business Day period either (i) beginning on the Remarketing Date and ending after the two immediately following Business Days; (ii) immediately preceding October 1, 2004; or (iii) immediately preceding November 16, 2004.

  • Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, or any Class within a Series, a period following the Revolving Period during which principal is distributed to Investor Certificateholders, which shall be the controlled amortization period, the principal amortization period, the rapid amortization period, or other amortization period, in each case as defined with respect to such Series in the related Supplement.

  • Remaining Amortization Period means, at any point in time, the number of consecutive calendar months equal to the number of months in the Amortization Period minus the number of scheduled monthly installments of principal and interest that have elapsed since the date of this Note.

  • Non-Payment Period means, with respect to each series of AMPS, any period commencing on and including the day on which the Corporation shall fail to (i) declare, prior to the close of business on the second Business Day preceding any Dividend Payment Date, for payment on or (to the extent permitted by paragraph 2(c)(i) of these Articles Supplementary) within three Business Days after such Dividend Payment Date to the Holders as of 12:00 noon, New York City time, on the Business Day preceding such Dividend Payment Date, the full amount of any dividend on shares of AMPS payable on such Dividend Payment Date or (ii) deposit, irrevocably in trust, in same-day funds, with the Auction Agent by 12:00 noon, New York City time, (A) on such Dividend Payment Date the full amount of any cash dividend on such shares payable (if declared) on such Dividend Payment Date or (B) on any redemption date for any shares of AMPS called for redemption, the Mandatory Redemption Price per share of such AMPS or, in the case of an optional redemption, the Optional Redemption Price per share, and ending on and including the Business Day on which, by 12:00 noon, New York City time, all unpaid cash dividends and unpaid redemption prices shall have been so deposited or shall have

  • Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and

  • Controlled Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, the period, if any, specified as such in the related Supplement.

  • Subsequent Fixed Rate Period means for the initial Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on July 1, 2020 and ending on and including June 30, 2025 and for each succeeding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period and ending on and including June 30 in the fifth year thereafter.

  • Cumulation Period means the period from, and including, the first RFR Banking Day of that Interest Period to, and including, that Cumulated RFR Banking Day;

  • Redemption Period means the period from, and including, the relevant Redemption Notice Date until the close of business on the second Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding the related Redemption Date.

  • Rapid Amortization Period means the Amortization Period commencing on the Pay Out Commencement Date and ending on the earlier to occur of (a) the Series 2001-D Termination Date and (b) the termination of the Trust pursuant to Section 12.01 of the Agreement.

  • Liquidation Period has the meaning set forth in Section 10.6 of this Agreement.

  • Amortization Commencement Date means the date on which an Amortization Event is deemed to occur pursuant to Section 20 hereof.

  • Pricing Period means the five (5) consecutive Trading Days after the Advance Notice Date.

  • Optional Redemption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Fixed Coupon Amount means the amount specified as such in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Issuer Call Commencement Date means the first Business Day following the three year period from and including the Issue Date;

  • Coupon Payment Date means each day specified to be an Coupon Payment Date in the Product Terms.

  • Nomination Period means, in respect of a Nomination, the period from the Nomination Start Time to the Nomination End Time;

  • Subsequent Rate Period means, with respect to any Series of RVMTP Shares, the period consisting of seven calendar days, but adjusted in each case to reflect any changes when the regular calendar day that is a Rate Determination Date is not a Business Day, from, and including, the first calendar day following the Initial Rate Period of such Series to, and including, the next Rate Determination Date for such Series and any period thereafter from, and including, the first calendar day following a Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series to, and including, the next succeeding Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series.

  • Accumulation Commencement Date means January 1, 2021, or such later date as the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer determines in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof.

  • Prepayment Charge Period As to any Mortgage Loan, the period of time during which a Prepayment Charge may be imposed.
