Second Extended Termination Date definition

Second Extended Termination Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.7.

Second Extended Termination Date means the date that is one year after the First Extended Termination Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day).

Second Extended Termination Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.20.

Examples of Second Extended Termination Date in a sentence

That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Second Prior Termination Date (“Second Extension Date”) and ending on the Second Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Second Extended Term”.
The Term for the 7th Floor Expansion Space shall commence on the 7th Floor Expansion Effective Date and end on the Second Extended Termination Date (as hereinafter defined).
