Second Extended Termination Date definition

Second Extended Termination Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.7.

Second Extended Termination Date means the date that is one year after the First Extended Termination Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day).

Second Extended Termination Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.20.

Examples of Second Extended Termination Date in a sentence

• That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Second Prior Termination Date (“Second Extension Date”) and ending on the Second Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Second Extended Term”.

More Definitions of Second Extended Termination Date

Second Extended Termination Date means the date requested in the relevant Extension Request which shall be twelve Months after the First Extended Termination Date.

Second Extended Termination Date means the date which falls on the seventh anniversary of the date of this Agreement.
