Extension Options definition

Extension Options has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

Examples of Extension Options in a sentence

  • Lessee may only exercise the Extension Options by giving written notice thereof to Lessor of its election to do so no later than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the expiration of the then-current Lease Term.

More Definitions of Extension Options

Extension Options means the Initial Extension Option and the Additional Extension Option, collectively, and the term “Extension Option” shall mean any one of the foregoing, as the context requires.
Extension Options. Two (2) periods of five (5) years each as provided in and on the terms set forth in Section 3.2 hereof.
