Second Priority Mortgages definition

Second Priority Mortgages means, collectively, each mortgage, deed of trust, leasehold mortgage, assignment of leases and rents, modifications and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which any Lien on real property is granted by any Grantor to secure any Second Priority Claims or under which rights or remedies with respect to any such Lien are governed.
Second Priority Mortgages means the mortgages, deeds of trust, leasehold mortgages, assignments of leases and rents, modifications and other security documents which create a Lien in favor of the Second Priority Collateral Trustee for the benefit of the Second Priority Debt Parties, delivered pursuant to the Second Priority Debt Documents, each substantially in the form of Exhibit [ ] to the RCF Facility, with such changes as are approved by the Senior Collateral Agent and the Second Priority Representatives.

More Definitions of Second Priority Mortgages

Second Priority Mortgages means the "Mortgages", as defined in the Second Priority Credit Agreement.

  • Second Priority Liens means all Liens on the Second Lien Collateral to secure the Second Lien Obligations, whether created under the Second Lien Security Documents or acquired by possession, statute, operation of law, subrogation or otherwise.

Second Priority Debt shall include any Registered Equivalent Notes and Guarantees thereof by the Guarantors issued in exchange therefor.

  • Security Agreement Collateral means all "Collateral" as defined in the Security Agreement.
