RCF Facility definition

RCF Facility means the RCF Facility dated as of June 12, 2000, among Rite Aid, the banks party thereto and Xxxxxx Guaranty Trust Company of New York, as administrative agent.

RCF Facility means the Facility as defined in the RCF Facility Agreement.

RCF Facility means the Revolving Facility and the Secondary Revolving Facility.

• Each relevant Borrower under the RCF Facility shall select the currency of an RCF Facility Advance made to it (which shall be Sterling, Dollars, euro or an Optional Currency) in the Utilisation Request relating to the relevant Revolving Facility Advance or Secondary Revolving Facility Advance.

• The Facility Agent shall distribute the adjustment payments received, among the Ancillary Facility Lenders and the Lenders participating in the RCF Facility in order to satisfy the requirements of paragraph (b) above.

• Prior to the Termination Date in relation to the Revolving Facility, all Utilisations of any RCF Facility shall be made from each RCF Facility pro rata to the Available RCF Facility Commitments.

• On the Effective Date, the French RCF Facility Documents will be released and cancelled and all Claims arising thereunder released and discharged under this Plan and the Safeguard Plan (except for the Termed Out French RCF Claims which shall only be governed by the Safeguard Plan, the New Additional Intercreditor Agreement and the Termed Out French RCF Claim Guarantee Documents).

More Definitions of RCF Facility

RCF Facility means the revolving credit facility in an amount equal to the RCF Facility Amount made available by the Original Lender to the Borrower pursuant to clause 6 (RCF Facility);

RCF Facility in relation to a Lender at any time, means its Revolving Facility Commitment and Secondary Revolving Facility Commitment;

RCF Facility means that certain prepetition revolving credit facility under the Prepetition Credit Agreement in the original aggregate principal amount of up to $60,000,000, which, by amendment, was increased to $70,000,000, and which included a $25,000,000 subfacility for the issuance of letters of credit, at any time outstanding.

RCF Facility means the facility granted under the RCF Agreement.

RCF Facility means an up to Euro 209,000,000 revolving credit facility to be made available to the Borrower and others pursuant to a credit agreement to be dated on or before the Signing Date, made between, amongst others, the Borrower, the Original Borrowers (as defined therein), the Original Guarantors (as referred to therein) and the Lenders (as referred to therein).

RCF Facility shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(b)

RCF Facility means the revolving credit facility entered into between Aegon (as lender) and Aegon Hypotheken B.V. (as company) on 30 November 2016.
