Secondary Contractor definition

Secondary Contractor means the Contractor whose Bid the City of Stillwater selected as a back-up supplier in the event that the Primary Contractor is unable to provide all the Goods and/or Services required.
Secondary Contractor shall refer to a responsive and responsible Bidder having the second lowest Total Bid Price. Secondary Contractor shall be the second selection among Contractors by an Authorized User for orders. See also “Primary Contractor”.
Secondary Contractor means the person or personnel, firm or company, with whom the Council enters into this Contract.
