Secondary Offer Period definition

Secondary Offer Period means the period commencing from the 15th July 2004;
Secondary Offer Period means the period commencing from the 15th July 2004 and ending on the Third Offer Period;
Secondary Offer Period has the meaning specified in Section 6.4(b).

  • In this case, the Total Investment Outlay paid for the unissued Units will be returned without interest within 10 Business Days of theCommencement Date (for Applications received in the Initial Offer Period or the Secondary Offer Period).

  • Beneficial Interest in Delivery Asset(a) Upon the issue of Units, the Investor receives, in respect of their Total Investment Amount, a Beneficial Interest in a Portion of the Delivery Assets on the Commencement Date (for Units acquired pursuant to the Initial Offer Period) or the Issue Date (for Units acquired during the Secondary Offer Period).

  • In relation to the Secondary Offer Period: (i) The Issuer consents to the use of the Base Prospectus in connection with the making of an offer of the Securities to the public requiring the prior publication of a prospectus under the EU Prospectus Regulation by the Dealer in the Public Offer Jurisdiction.

  • As previously noted, it is unclear how the Applicant measured the lot depth and lot width of the subject property.

Related to Secondary Offer Period

  • Initial Offer Period means the period determined by the Directors during which Shares of any class are offered by the ICAV for purchase or subscription at the Initial Price.

  • First Offer Period has the meaning set forth in Section 13.5.

  • Offer Period has the meaning given such term in Section 4.1.

  • Shelf Offering Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2(d)(ii).

  • Net Proceeds Offer Payment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16.

  • Exchange Offer Registration Period means the one-year period following the consummation of the Registered Exchange Offer, exclusive of any period during which any stop order shall be in effect suspending the effectiveness of the Exchange Offer Registration Statement.

  • Initial Offering means the Company’s first firm commitment underwritten public offering of its Common Stock under the Act.

  • Private Offering means the private offering of Preferred Stock pursuant to the Memorandum.

  • Initial Public Offering” (“IPO means an offering of securities registered under the 1933 Act, the issuer of which, immediately before the registration, was not subject to the reporting requirements of Sections 13 or 15(d) of the 1934 Act.

  • Offer Deadline means the exact date and time when no Offer submitted thereafter may be considered or accepted by District.

  • Offer Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
