Secondary Rights definition

Secondary Rights the exclusive irrevocable right to administer and collect all Secondary Rights Income;
Secondary Rights means all the rights defined in Part One Paragraphs 16 through 23

Examples of Secondary Rights in a sentence

  • Channel 4 shall aim to assist the Producer with co-ordination of book publication or release of the soundtrack album in connection with the Producer's exploitation of the Secondary Rights.

  • The Secondary Rights shall be all rights not set out above as Primary Rights and shall include the following (without limitation): • international distribution rights via any medium or platform; • other distribution and merchandising rights including DVD, VOD, AVOD and SVOD; and • programme and clip sales rights to third parties in the UK and worldwide.

  • However, the requirements of a third party financier/ broadcaster may require a different deal in relation to the S4C rights package and/or the rights of the producer to exercise the Secondary Rights.


More Definitions of Secondary Rights

Secondary Rights means any other right to carry out any act on the land concerned without reference to primary right holders.
Secondary Rights means the right to make a Secondary Use of a Member’s Work in return for the payment of equitable remuneration or levy;
Secondary Rights means rights that are subordinate to those of the primary rights holder. In the case of this Agreement, Secondary Rights apply to each party’s rights to use the other party’s unused SWRU Recharge and Recover Capacity, as outlined in Article IV.

  • Licensed IP means the Licensed Patents and the Licensed Know-How.

  • Intellectual Property the collective reference to all rights, priorities and privileges relating to intellectual property, whether arising under United States, multinational or foreign laws or otherwise, including copyrights, copyright licenses, patents, patent licenses, trademarks, trademark licenses, technology, know-how and processes, and all rights to xxx at law or in equity for any infringement or other impairment thereof, including the right to receive all proceeds and damages therefrom.

  • Company Intellectual Property Rights means the Intellectual Property owned or used by the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
