Secondary Rights definition

Secondary Rights the following rights in the Format: the Changed Format Rights, the Merchandising Rights;
Secondary Rights the exclusive irrevocable right to administer and collect all Secondary Rights Income;
Secondary Rights means all the rights defined in Part One Paragraphs 16 through 23

  • The producer will be free to elect whether or not it grants S4C the Secondary Rights.

  • Producers will have ultimate control over whether they choose to grant S4C the Secondary Rights and there will be no obligation on independent producers to grant the Secondary Rights to S4C.

  • Business IP means (a) Owned IP, and (b) Intellectual Property Rights used in or necessary for the operation of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
