Secretary to the Council definition

Secretary to the Council means the person appointed from time to time as the secretary to the Council;
Secretary to the Council means the Secretary appointed under section 12 of the Act; and
Secretary to the Council means a person appointed as Secretary to the Council; “Senate” means the Senate of the University established under section 17; “Statutes” means the rules enacted by the University Council for the governance
