The Management rules contained herein are the rules prescribed in terms of section 10(2)(a) of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act, 2011 (Act No. 8 of 2011) as amended and added to by the developer in terms of section 10(3) of the Act, read with Regulation 6 to the Act.
