Examples of Secure Access Website in a sentence

  • The Client will need to provide the Access Code each time it wishes to use the Trading Platform and/ or Secure Access Website.

  • Technical difficulties could be encountered in connection with either the Trading Platform and/ or Secure Access Website.

  • The cumulative valuation is then added to the Client’s Account as usable Margin, which can be viewed by the Client in the Secure Access Website and/ or on the Trading Platform (where available).

  • In no event will the Firm, any Associated Firm, or any of their employees be liable for any possible loss (including loss of profit or revenue whether direct or indirect), cost or damage including, without limitation, consequential, unforeseeable, special or indirect damages or expenses which might occur as a result of or arising out of using, accessing, installing, maintaining, modifying, de-activating, or attempting to access either the Trading Platform and/ or Secure Access Website or otherwise.
