Secured Unallocated Account definition

Secured Unallocated Account means the unallocated Metal account held in the name of the Issuer with the Secured Account Custodian in respect of this Series of ETC Securities (which for the avoidance of doubt is not the Subscription Account).
Secured Unallocated Account means the unallocated account of the Issuer with the Custodian in which the Custodian holds the Underlying Precious Metal, on an unallocated basis in connection with the Certificates;
Secured Unallocated Account means with respect to The Royal Mint Physical Gold ETC Securities, the Secured Unallocated Gold Account.

  • This Swing Amount will be maintained in the Secured Gold Accounts to ensure that there will always be allocated gold in the Secured Gold Accounts in an amount greater than the Combined Entitlement to Gold of all outstanding Gold Bullion Securities (except to the extent that gold has been transferred to the Secured Unallocated Account to effect a redemption) and that there will always be a whole number of London Good Delivery gold bars in the Secured Allocated Account.

  • Segregated Account means a client bank account as defined by and held in accordance with the Applicable Regulations.

  • Controlled Account means each deposit account and securities account that is subject to a Qualifying Control Agreement.

  • Available Reserve Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account (after taking into account any interest and earnings retained in the Reserve Account pursuant to Section 4.10(b) on such date, but before giving effect to any deposit made or to be made pursuant to subsection 4.4(a)(ix) to the Reserve Account on such date) and (b) the Required Reserve Account Amount.

  • Collateral Accounts means any and all accounts established and maintained by the Pledgee in the name of any Pledgor to which Collateral may be credited.
