Appellate Tribunal means the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal referred to in section 109;
Appeal Tribunal means the all-citizen Tribunal duly appointed by Council to conduct hearings under this By-law; (200-08)
Appellate Decision-maker means a person who considers and decides appeals of determinations regarding responsibility and dismissals of formal complaints. The Appellate Decision-maker cannot be the same person as the Title IX Coordinator, Investigator, or Decision-maker. The Appellate Decision-maker may be a school district employee, or a third party designated by the school district.
Appeals Tribunal or “AT” means the Body responsible for hearing and determining appeals set out in section 9;
Appellate Body means any person or persons authorized by the University Vice President for Student Affairs, Community College Dean of Students, Charter Oak State College Provost or their designee to consider an appeal from a determination by a Hearing Body that a student has violated the Student Code.
Hearing examiner means the labor commissioner or the commissioner’s designee.
Successful Respondent means an organization that receives a grant award as a result of this RFA. May also be referred to as "Grantee, ""Awarded Applicant," "Subrecipient" or "Grant Recipient."
Appellate court means the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, or both, as appropriate.
Issuing tribunal means the tribunal of a state or foreign country that issues a support order or a judgment determining parentage of a child.
Arbitration Tribunal means an organ composed of an odd number of persons known as arbitrators, who decide on the solution of a conflict in which the parties have expressly waived recourse to the ordinary civil courts
the Tribunal means the Upper Tribunal (Tax and Chancery Chamber).
Arbitral Tribunal means a sole arbitrator or a panel of arbitrators;
Tribunal means any state, commonwealth, federal, foreign, territorial, or other court or government body, subdivision agency, department, commission, board, bureau or instrumentality of a governmental body.
Disciplinary Tribunal means the judicial body established to hear and decide all breaches of the Integrity Code of Conduct in accordance with the Rules and Regulations and such other matters as set out in the Constitution, Rules or Regulations.
County Political Party Committee means a committee organized pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:5-3.
Commissioners Court means Travis County Commissioners Court.
Appeal Board means the State Charter School Appeal
Initiating tribunal means the tribunal of a state or foreign country from which a petition or comparable pleading is forwarded or in which a petition or comparable pleading is filed for forwarding to another state or foreign country.
Alternate Judgment means a form of final judgment that may be entered by the Court herein but in a form other than the form of Judgment provided for in this Stipulation.
Municipal Political Party Committee means a committee organized pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:5-2.
Alternative Judgment means a form of final judgment that may be entered by the Court but in a form other than the form of Judgment provided for in this Stipulation and where none of the Parties hereto elects to terminate this Settlement by reason of such variance.
Appellate Authority means Committee of Directors consisting of Director (Finance) and Director (BD) for works centers under Director (Projects). For all other cases committee of Directors shall consist of Director (Finance) & Director (Projects).
Clerk of court means the official circuit court record- keeper for the case in question, which may be the clerk of circuit court, juvenile clerk, or register in probate for that county.
Board of County Commissioners means the Board of County Commissioners, Orange County, Florida, or their duly authorized representative(s).
Special Court means a Court of Session designated as Special Court under sub-section (1) of section 43;
Institutional Review Board or “IRB” means, in accordance with 45 C.F.R. Part 46, 21 C.F.R. part 56, and other applicable regulations, an independent body comprising medical, scientific, and nonscientific members, whose responsibility is to ensure the protection of the rights, safety, and well-being of the Human Subjects involved in a study.
