Appeal Tribunal definition

Appeal Tribunal means the all-citizen Tribunal duly appointed by Council to conduct hearings under this By-law; (200-08)

  • In so doing they shall comply with Annex 7 (Code of Conduct for Members of the Tribunal, the Appeal Tribunal and Mediators).
