Securities Distributions definition

Securities Distributions shall have the meaning assigned in Section 8.5(a).
Securities Distributions has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5(a).

Examples of Securities Distributions in a sentence

  • If either the notice of redemption has been given and the funds are not deposited as required on the date of such deposit or if the Bank improperly withholds or refuses to pay the Redemption Price of the Preferred Securities, Distributions will continue to accrue, subject as provided in Condition 3 above, at the rate specified from (and including) the redemption date to (but excluding) the date of actual payment of the Redemption Price.

  • The standards for Securities Distributions should apply to the first Corporate Action, i.e. the Distribution.

  • Where a Participant has elected Full Participation and sells or otherwise transfers some but not all of their Stapled Securities, Distributions on all of their remaining Participating Stapled Securities will continue to be reinvested for each Distribution where the Plan is in operation.

  • There is clearly a dispute about the question of whether the invoices rendered by Doyles were estimates for the purpose of s 174 of the LPUL which goes to the issue of whether the debt is due and payable as discussed in the preceding paragraph.

Related to Securities Distributions

  • Distributions means amounts payable in respect of the Trust Securities as provided in Section 4.1.

  • Income Distribution shall be calculated as set forth in subparagraph (A), below, unless the Prospectus provides for the averaging of income distributions, in which case, "Income Distribution" shall be shall be calculated as set forth in subparagraph (B), below.
