Securities Lending Account definition

Securities Lending Account means the Account which CGS-CIMB has designated as the account through which the Client lends Securities to CGS-CIMB;

More Definitions of Securities Lending Account

Securities Lending Account means the interest bearing account described as such in the name of the Issuer with the Custodian into which all Securities Lending Collateral is to be deposited in accordance with Condition 3(i)(viii) (Securities Lending Account).
