Securitized Net Cash Flow definition

Securitized Net Cash Flow means, with respect to any Collection Period, the sum of the aggregate proceeds of the Oil and Gas Portfolio deposited in the Collection Account during such Collection Period, the aggregate amount of Equity Contribution Cures, if any, deposited in the Collection Account during such Collection Period, and the net proceeds of the Hedge Agreements received by the Issuer during such Collection Period in excess of amounts payable pursuant to clauses (ii)(A) and (B) of Section 8.6 of the Indenture with respect to such Collection Period.
Securitized Net Cash Flow means, with respect to any Collection Period, the sum of the aggregate proceeds of the Oil and Gas Portfolio deposited in the Collection Account during such Collection Period, the aggregate of the Equity Contribution Cures, if any, deposited in the Collection Account during such Collection Period, and the net proceeds of any Hedging Agreements received by the Issuer during such Collection Period in excess of amounts payable pursuant to clauses (ii)(A) and (B) of Section 8.6 of the Indenture with respect to such Collection Period.
