Security and Safety. A. The Contractor warrants it is and shall remain in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws, regulations, codes and ordinances relating to fire, construction, building, health, food service and safety, including but not limited to the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990, Public Law 101-391. The Judicial Council may terminate this Agreement, pursuant to the termination for cause provision set forth herein, without penalty or prejudice if the Contractor fails to comply with the foregoing requirements.
B. The Contractor shall assure that each Attendee is advised of all the appropriate precautions that should be taken to provide for the Attendee’s safety while on the Property. The Contractor shall take every reasonable precaution to provide for the security of Attendees and their belongings.
C. The Contractor shall immediately advise the Judicial Council’s staff of any known problems that involve the Attendees during the Program including, but not limited to, assaults, burglaries, accidents, and/or illnesses.
Security and Safety. Contractor shall require employees providing Services at a City location to comply with applicable City security and safety regulations and policies. City may require each employee providing Services to undergo a background investigation, including, but not limited to, a criminal records and fingerprint check. Contractor shall promptly replace any employee found to be unacceptable to City, in its sole discretion, on the basis of a significant infraction found in the background investigation.
Security and Safety. Safety and common sense cannot be 34 overemphasized. Volunteers will follow all Federal, State, and local laws and 35 regulations regarding safety; the number of volunteers will be held to a 36 manageable level. Some jobs may require personal protective equipment such as 1 gloves, goggles, dust masks and the like. The manager in the responsibility area 2 will make the volunteer group leader aware of these safety requirements, and 3 members of the group shall be provided with the items. All participants are 4 expected to abide by all safety regulations.

To the extent requested by the Town’s Police Department, and subject to the security and architectural review requirements of the CCC, or such other state licensing or monitoring authority, as the case may be, the Company shall work with the Town’s Police Department in reviewing and approving all security plans prior to the implementation and Commencement of Operations, including determining the placement of exterior security cameras, but in no event will the Police Department’s review override the requirements of the CCC. The Company agrees to comply with requirements outlined in Exhibit A and cooperate with the Police Department, including but not limited to periodic meetings to review operational concerns, security, delivery schedule and procedures, cooperation in investigations, immediate access and transfer of video footage from any video surveillance system of the establishment’s interior or exterior when so requested by the Police Department (which request may be made when the Police Department has a reason to believe such footage may be of assistance in an ongoing investigation related or non-related to the Establishment’s business) and communications with the Police Department of any suspicious activities at or in the immediate vicinity of the Facility, and with regard to any anti-diversion procedures to ensure that marijuana and marijuana products produced by the Facility are not being transferred to the illegal market or to minors. If requested, the Company shall implement a comprehensive diversion prevention plan to prevent diversion of medical marijuana and marijuana products into the illicit market and to minors, such plan to be in place prior to the Commencement of Operations at the Facility. The Company shall present the diversion plan to the Police Department for its review and feedback and, to the extent required by the Police Department, work collaboratively to implement any reasonable changes, amendments or modifications to address local concerns. The Company shall immediately upon discovery report the following to Town Police or forthwith as defined in Exhibit A: diversion of marijuana; unusual discrepancies identified during inventory; theft; loss and any criminal action; unusual discrepancy in weight or inventory during transportation; any vehicle accidents, diversions, losses, or other reportable incidents that occur during transport; any suspicious act involving the sale, cultivation, distribution, processing, or production of mari...
Security and Safety. (a) Not later than 90 days following issuance of the NTP, TSP shall submit the Safety Plan required by TR item TP-009 to the Joint Board for its review, comment and approval. The Joint Board shall have the right to review and comment upon the safety and security manual and any changes thereto proposed by TSP prior to the implementation of such plan or any such changes.
(b) TSP shall be responsible for safety and security of its own personnel, Work, equipment and materials in accordance with the Safety Plan, and for the safety and security of any other persons involved in the testing activities outlined in TR Section TP, and for persons visiting or working in the CSC or a WUC. TSP shall be responsible for initiating, maintaining and providing supervision of safety and security precautions and programs in accordance with the Safety Plan and in accordance with applicable Laws. Whenever TSP’s operations create a condition hazardous to the public, TSP shall cause to be furnished, erected and maintained such temporary railings, barricades, lights, signs, and other devices and take such other protective measures as are necessary to prevent accidents, damage or injury to the public.
(c) If an emergency affecting the safety of persons or property arises, TSP shall act to prevent threatened damage, injury or loss. Notwithstanding the foregoing, TSP shall comply with any directions given by the Joint Board to remove an immediate and present threat to the safety of life and property where such immediate and present threat relates to or arises out of the System or TSP’s scope of services under this Agreement, and TSP shall permit the Joint Board to take action to remove an immediate and present threat to the safety of life and property or to remove any condition that the Joint Board believes poses an imminent danger to public health or safety; no such action shall expose the Joint Board to any liability to any TSP Party or entitle TSP to any other remedy (except as expressly provided in Section 13), it being acknowledged by TSP that the Joint Board has a paramount public interest in providing and maintaining public safety.
Security and Safety. 1. You must keep exterior entrances to cooperative residences locked at all times. Temporary exceptions may be authorized by a Campus Life staff member.
2. You may not place yourself or others at risk by offering access to any residence or locked building to strangers or unauthorized persons. Residents purposely violating security policies by propping exterior doors or modifying latches may be subject to disciplinary action, including restitution for damages.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your room/house. Your room/house should be kept locked when you are not present. All windows in unoccupied space must be closed and latched. The University is not responsible for any loss or damages to your personal property.
4. You may not alter or replace the present locks or other security devices or install additional locks or other security devices.
5. Neither you nor your guests are permitted on roofs, ledges, or overhangs. Neither you nor your guests are permitted to climb the exteriors of any University building.
Security and Safety. Service Provider agrees that s/he has read, understands and shall comply with any applicable security regulations provided by CI, and acknowledges that Service Provider shall be solely responsible for Service Provider’s own safety and physical property or equipment during the performance of this Agreement. Security and Safety. (a) The Implementation Agency shall comply with the technical requirements of the relevant security, safety and other requirements specified in the Information Technology Act or Telegraph Act including the regulations issued by dept. of telecom (wherever applicable), IT Security Manual of the Nodal Agency as specifically stated in the RFP and follow the industry standards related to safety and security (including those as stated in the RFP), insofar as it applies to the provision of the Services.
(b) Each Party to the SLA/Agreement shall also comply with Nodal Agency or the Government of India, and the respective State’s security standards and policies in force from time to time at each location of which Nodal Agency or its nominated agencies make the Implementation Agency aware in writing insofar as the same apply to the provision of the Services.
(c) The Parties to the SLA/Agreement shall use reasonable endeavours to report forthwith in writing to each other all identified attempts (whether successful or not) by unauthorized persons (including unauthorized persons who are employees of any Party) either to gain access to or interfere with the Nodal Agency as the case may be or any of their nominees data, facilities or Confidential Information.
(d) The Implementation Agency shall upon reasonable request by the Nodal Agency as the case may be or their nominee(s) participate in regular meetings when safety and information technology security matters are reviewed.
(e) As per the provisions of the SLA or this Agreement, the Implementation Agency shall promptly report in writing to the Nodal Agency or its nominated agencies, any act or omission which they are aware that could have an adverse effect on the proper conduct of safety and information technology security at the facilities of Nodal Agency as the case may be.

a. the security of its infrastructure, network, hardware, software, systems, data, and interfaces;
b. taking appropriate steps to protect and retrieve its data, including by maintaining backup copies; and
c. the safety of persons onsite.

The Contractor shall take every reasonable precaution to provide for the security of Attendees and their belongings. The Contractor shall immediately advise the AOC’s staff of any known problems that involve the Attendees during the Program including, but not limited to, assaults, burglaries, accidents, and/or illnesses. When performing Work on property in the care, custody, or control of the AOC, the Contractor shall maintain all commercial general liability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, and any other insurance the AOC deems appropriate under the Agreement. Upon request from the AOC, the Contractor shall furnish an insurance certificate evidencing required insurance coverage acceptable to the AOC. The Contractor may also be required to have the AOC shown as an additional insured on selected policies.
