Security Vulnerability means a flaw or weakness in system security procedures, design, implementation, or internal controls that could be exercised (accidentally triggered or intentionally exploited) and result in a security breach such that data is compromised, manipulated or stolen or the system damaged.
Security freeze means a notice, at the request of the consumer and subject to certain exceptions,
security guard means an employee defined as a “guard” or a “security guard” in terms of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1983;
Security Tests means conduct tests of the processes and countermeasures contained in the Security Plan.
Security Measures has the meaning given in Section 7.1.1 (Google’s Security Measures).
Weathertight means that in any sea conditions water will not penetrate into the ship.
Visibility impairment means any humanly perceptible change in visual range, contrast, or coloration from that which would have existed under natural visibility conditions.
Turbidity means the cloudy condition of water due to the presence of extremely fine particulate materials in suspension that interfere with the passage of light.
Degradation means a decrease in the useful life of the right-of-way caused by excavation in or disturbance of the right-of-way, resulting in the need to reconstruct such right-of-way earlier than would be required if the excavation or disturbance did not occur.
Compatibility means compatibility as defined in point (10) of Article 2 of Directive (EU) 2019/770;
NIST Cybersecurity Framework means the U.S. Department of Commerce National Institute for Standards and Technology Framework for Improving Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity (Version 1.1).
Security alarm system means a device or series of devices, intended to summon law enforcement personnel during, or as a result of, an alarm condition. Devices may include hard- wired systems and systems interconnected with a radio frequency method such as cellular or private radio signals that emit or transmit a remote or local audible, visual, or electronic signal; motion detectors, pressure switches, duress alarms (a silent system signal generated by the entry of a designated code into the arming station to indicate that the user is disarming under duress); panic alarms (an audible system signal to indicate an emergency situation); and hold-up alarms (a silent system signal to indicate that a robbery is in progress).
Security Clearance means that level of security clearance required by the City or its police department for Contractor personnel accessing the information or premises required to be accessed in order to perform the Work under this Contract;
Quality means the totality of features and characteristics of a product or service that bear on its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs;
Process weight means the total weight of all materials introduced into any source operation. Solid fuels charged will be considered as part of the process weight, but liquid and gaseous fuels and combustion air will not.
Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.
Watertight means capable of preventing the passage of water through the structure in any direction under a head of water for which the surrounding structure is designed.
Spectrum Compatibility means the capability of two (2) copper loop transmission system technologies to coexist in the same cable without service degradation and to operate satisfactorily in the presence of cross talk noise from each other. Spectrum compatibility is defined on a per twisted pair basis for specific well-defined transmission systems. For the purposes of issues regarding Spectrum Compatibility, service degradation means the failure to meet the Bit Error Ratio (BER) and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) margin requirements defined for the specific transmission system for all Loop lengths, model Loops, or loss values within the requirements for the specific transmission system.
Security Requirement means the amount in Dollars (as certified by the Agent whose certificate shall, in the absence of manifest error, be conclusive and binding on the Borrowers and the Creditors) which is, at any relevant time:
Vulnerability means a weakness of an asset or mitigation that can be exploited by one or more threats.
Inherent filtration means the filtration of the useful beam provided by the permanently installed components of the tube housing assembly.
Stability (7) means the standard deviation (1 sigma) of the variation of a particular parameter from its calibrated value measured under stable temperature conditions. This can be expressed as a function of time.
Security Credentials means the personalised security features we require you to use now or in future to
Spacecraft (9) means active and passive satellites and space probes.
Serviceable when used to describe an Engine or Part, means in an airworthy condition within the limits defined in the applicable Engine manuals, specification and/or publications by the type certificate holder.
Capture efficiency means the weight per unit time of VOC entering a capture system and delivered to a control device divided by the weight per unit time of total VOC generated by a source of VOC, expressed as a percentage.
