Seller Assignment definition

Seller Assignment means, for any Purchase Date and the Loans to be purchased on such date, an assignment of such Loans executed and delivered by the Seller to the Guarantor LP in substantially the form of Schedule 2.2(g) to the Mortgage Sale Agreement;
Seller Assignment means, for any Purchase Date and the Loans to be purchased on such date, an assignment of such Loans and Related Security with respect thereto executed and delivered by the Seller to the Guarantor in substantially the form of Schedule 2.2(g)(1) to the Mortgage Sale Agreement and, with respect to Quebec Purchased Assets, a Quebec Seller Assignment substantially in the form of Schedule 2.2(g)(2) to the Mortgage Sale Agreement;
Seller Assignment means the document of assignment substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as EXHIBIT A.

More Definitions of Seller Assignment

Seller Assignment means, in relation to the sale of each Initial Receivables, an assignment substantially in the form set out in Part 1 of the Third Schedule or, in relation to the sale of each Accepted Receivable, an assignment substantially in the form of Part 3 of the Third Schedule;
