Sending Official means a person who is designated by a Party to determine whether and to what extent that Party should provide Public Works Assistance to a Requesting Party.

Examples of Sending Official in a sentence

  • Whenever a Sending Party has provided Public Works Assistance to a Requesting Party, the Sending Official may at any time recall its personnel and equipment, or any part thereof, if the Sending Official in his or her best judgment deems such recall is necessary to provide for the best interests of the Sending Party’s community.
