Sending Official definition

Sending Official means a person who is designated by a Party to determine whether and to what extent that Party should provide Public Works Assistance to a Requesting Party.

  • Each Party shall designate, and keep on file with the HCEM, the name of the person(s) of that Party who shall be its Requesting Official and Sending Official.

  • Institutional Signing Official The label, "Signing Official," is used in conjunction with the NIH eRA Commons and refers to the individual that has institutional authority to legally bind the institution in grants administration matters.
