Senior Bank Indebtedness definition

Senior Bank Indebtedness means Indebtedness of the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary under one or more term loans or revolving credit or similar facilities (which may include any guarantee, bonding or letter of credit facility) with a bank or other financial institution which is not subordinated to any other Indebtedness of the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary.
Senior Bank Indebtedness means Indebtedness of the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary under one or more other term loans or revolving credit or similar facilities (which may include any guarantee, bonding or letter of credit facility) with a bank or other financial institution which is not subordinated to any other Indebtedness of the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary.
Senior Bank Indebtedness means, collectively, Indebtedness described in clauses (i) and (ii) of the definition of Senior Indebtedness, and any renewals, refinancings or replacements of such Indebtedness, so long as the aggregate principal amount of such Indebtedness does not at any time exceed the amount permitted pursuant to the formula set forth in the definition of Senior Indebtedness.
