Collateral Documents definition

Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Security Agreement, each of the Mortgages, collateral assignments, security agreements, pledge agreements, intellectual property security agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 6.11 or Section 6.13, and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Collateral Documents means a collective reference to the Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Mortgages and other security documents as may be executed and delivered by the Loan Parties pursuant to the terms of Section 7.14.
Collateral Documents means the Pledge and Security Agreement, the Mortgages, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, the Landlord Personal Property Collateral Access Agreements, if any, and all other instruments, documents and agreements delivered by any Credit Party pursuant to this Agreement or any of the other Credit Documents in order to grant to Collateral Agent, for the benefit of Secured Parties, a Lien on any real, personal or mixed property of that Credit Party as security for the Obligations.

  • The Loan Parties also agree to provide to the Agent, from time to time upon request, evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Agent as to the perfection and priority of the Liens created or intended to be created by the Collateral Documents.

Collateral Documents means the Security Agreement and each other document or agreement that creates or perfects any security interests granted by any of the Credit Parties to the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Secured Parties.
