Senior Debt Service Amount definition

Senior Debt Service Amount means, for any period, the principal and interest payable by Project Co to the Senior Lenders in the normal course (which, for greater certainty, does not include breach or default circumstances) under the Senior Financing Agreements;
Senior Debt Service Amount means, for any period, the scheduled payments of principal and interest payable by Project Co or any Project Co Party to the Senior Lenders with respect to the Senior Debt Amount under the Lending Agreements, provided that at any time where any portion of the interest payable to the Senior Lenders under the Lending Agreements is subject to the Hedging Agreement(s), interest payable on account of such portion of interest shall be calculated based on the fixed rate payable by Project Co as specified under the Hedging Agreement(s), whether the fixed amounts with respect to such fixed rate are payable to a Senior Lender or the Hedge Provider(s) and all references to interest payable to the Senior Lenders under this Agreement shall be construed accordingly.

Senior Debt Service Amount means, for any period, the principal and interest payable by Project Co or any Project Co Person to the Senior Lenders in the normal course under the Senior Financing Agreements, provided that at any time where any portion of the interest payable to the Senior Lenders is subject to a Hedging Agreement between Project Co and a Hedge Provider, interest payable on account of such portion of interest payable to the Senior Lenders shall be calculated based on the fixed rate payable by Project Co under such Hedging Agreement without regard to whether such fixed rate is payable directly to a Senior Lender or to the Hedge Provider under the relevant Hedging Agreement and all references to interest payable to the Senior Lenders under this Project Agreement shall be construed accordingly.

  • Annual Debt Service as of any date means the maximum amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries, excluding amortization of debt discounts and deferred financing costs.

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.
