Senior Indentures definition

Senior Indentures means, collectively or individually, as the context requires, any indenture or other agreement pursuant to which any Senior Notes are issued, as the same may be amended, restated or supplemented, subject to the terms of Section 9.04(b).
Senior Indentures means either of the Indentures identified in the definition of the term "Senior Notes" and any other Indenture hereafter entered into by the Borrower pursuant to which the Borrower Incurs any Refinancing Debt with respect to any of the Senior Notes.
Senior Indentures means (i) an Indenture dated June 15, 1988, between Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx (formerly known as Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Group Inc.) and JPMorgan Chase Bank (formerly known as Chemical Bank), Trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time, (ii) an Indenture between Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx (formerly known as Xxxx Xxxxxx, Discover & Co.) and The First National Bank of Chicago, as trustee, dated as of February 24, 1993, as the same may be amended from time to time, (iii) an Amended and Restated Senior Indenture between Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx (formerly known as Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx & Co.) and JPMorgan Chase Bank (formerly known as The Chase Manhattan Bank), as trustee, dated as of May 1, 1999, as supplemented by a First Supplemental Senior Indenture dated as of September 15, 2000 and a Second Supplemental Senior Indenture dated as of October 8, 2002 and by a Third Supplemental Senior Indenture dated as of August 29, 2003, as the same may be amended from time to time, (iv) a Senior Indenture dated as of May 15, 1999, between Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx (formerly known as Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx & Co.) and JPMorgan Chase Bank (formerly known as The Chase Manhattan Bank), Trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time, and (v) a Senior Indenture between Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and JPMorgan Chase Bank, as trustee, dated as of November 1, 2004, as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • The structure, terms, conditions and documentation for the Senior Indentures shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

  • Directly or indirectly enter into any agreement (other than this Agreement and the Senior Indentures) with any Person that prohibits or restricts or limits the ability of the Borrower or any Guarantor to create, incur, pledge or suffer to exist any Lien upon any assets of the Borrower or any Guarantor (except that agreements creating or securing Secured Debt permitted under Section 6.02 may prohibit, restrict or limit other Liens on those assets encumbered by the Liens securing such Secured Debt).

(formerly known as JPMorgan Chase Bank)), as trustee, datedas of November 1, 2004, as supplemented by a First Supplemental Senior Indenture dated as of September 4, 2007, a Second Supplemental Senior Indenture dated as of January 4, 2008, a Third Supplemental Senior Indenture dated as of September 10, 2008 and a Fourth Supplemental Senior Indenture dated December 1, 2008, as the same may be further amended from time to time.
Senior Indentures means the indentures, dated as of September 30, 2002 governing the Senior Notes of the Company due 2012, as amended on February 14, 2003.
Senior Indentures means the Indentures identified in the definition of the term "Senior Debt Securities" and any other Indenture pursuant to which the Borrower or a Subsidiary issues any Refinancing Indebtedness with respect to any of the Senior Debt Securities (unless such Refinancing Indebtedness is Subordinated Indebtedness).
