Senior Notes Trustee definition

Senior Notes Trustee means Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, together with its permitted successors and assigns.

Senior Notes Trustee means U.S. Bank, National Association, as trustee under the Senior Notes Indenture, and its successors and assigns, and any replacement trustee permitted pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Senior Notes Indenture.

• Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, distributions under the Prepackaged Plan on account of the Senior Notes Claims shall be subject to the rights of the Senior Notes Trustee under the Senior Notes Indenture, including the right of the Senior Notes Trustee to assert and exercise their charging lien.
